Easy English is for anyone who has difficulty reading english, including people with low literacy levels, intellectual disabilities or whose first language is not English. It is based on our brochure 'How Legal Aid can Help you'.

Let's Talk - Australian Law and You is an online community legal education resource about the Australian law and legal system. This education package can be delivered to people who have recently arrived in Australia in order to give them an overview of the Australian legal system. Click on the heading above to view and download materials including speakers notes, powerpoint presentation, a photo activity and more. You can also order a 'Let's Talk' bookmark on this site to give to participants.

My rights at work: Australian law and you is an online CLE resource about employment issues for people who have recently arrived in Australia. It can be delivered to students in Adult Migrant English programs, job seeker programs and other groups run by settlement services as well as groups who have varying levels of English understanding, including groups who need an interpreter. Speaker’s notes, PowerPoint presentations, ready-to-go workshop packages, handouts and videos are available online.
